Article Marketing and Auto-responders

An excellent way to promote a product or service is to write and publish articles on the subject. Obviously the articles should be as informative as possible, thus providing the reader with solid information that is relevant to the topic; that is, the product or service niche that you are trying to promote. Articles should be submitted to reputable article directories who allow the author to include a link to a website in the author resource box. It is this link that allows you to invite the reader to explore your product or service further. The article should be written with this goal in mind.

Submitting articles to article directories is one of the most effective forms of marketing available, especially when it is combined with the use of an auto-responder service. The first thing to do is to load each of your articles into your auto-responder. Note that each article should be assigned its own auto-responder address, so you will need a service that will allow you to do this. The next thing to do is make a master list of your articles, with the address for each article listed beside the title. Your master list can be greatly enhanced by adding summary descriptions next to each article.

By creating this article master list you are now able to advertise all your article work in one advertising effort, whether this is including the list in your newsletter or your website. Another possibility is allowing other eZine publishers to use this as a free resource for their subscribers. Whilst an auto-responder service can greatly enhance your article marketing efforts, it is of course important to maintain the basic quality of your article writing efforts.
